Terms and Conditions for Eurodrive
Below are the terms and conditions for making a ferry reservation with the Eurodrive.
We summarise the details of the ticket you are about to buy; you confirm that this is what you want. You are then transferred to our secure server where you enter your credit or debit card details.
Once completed you will be issued your booking reference, which you can print off. You will also receive an email copy sent to the address specified in your application.
Your credit card details will not be retained by Eurodrive, only by the acquiring bank. In the case of a suspected fraudulent transaction, card details may be disclosed to the store/merchant for the sole purpose of performing further checks. The store/merchant is not permitted to retain these details. Once you have received a price you then proceed to book. You will see a web address starting with https. The 's' at the end means the site is secure. All online bookings are handled via a secure server which encrypts all your details into a format that cannot be recognised. The booking system uses Thawte SSL encryption technology. Secure payments are taken by our payment partner Entee Global Services Ltd.
Eurodrive endeavours to provide you the highest level of service. If however you have a query or the level of service or product fails to meet your expectations then please refer to our customer services department: email@example.com - we endeavour to respond to all queries within 7 working days. Please note, we do not offer quotes by email.
Cancellation & Amendments:
Amendments to any bookings will incur a £25 administration fee. Eurodrive will abide by the individual cancellation policy of each of its Channel crossing partners. Full terms and conditions are available upon request.
When you browse our site we do not log your e-mail address unless you provide it as part of a purchase or as a request for information. No e-mails will be sent in future unless you have given your consent.
